Vivian brings a wealth of marketing and business development experience to the SFA, leading the continued development of the Rangeland Stewardship Council (RSC) programme and multi-stakeholder partnership. As a consultant, she has led transformative initiatives, securing support from government entities and venture capital funds by developing strategic plans, shaping business models, and formulating CRM and pricing strategies. Previously, she has overseen market research and business development projects for an international healthcare organisation. She holds a BA from McGill University and an MBA from London Business School.
