Membership Officer
Alison has done various freelance work for the SFA since 2015, and in 2020 joined the team as the Membership Officer. She comes from a background of standards development and apprenticeship certification verification with the Sector Skills Councils for Retail, Fashion and Textiles, Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, and Funeral Services. Her skills are in IT, administration, customer service, and problem solving. Alison’s role is to act as a first point of contact for queries from current or potential members of the SFA, introducing them to the SFA’s goals and ethos, and guiding them through the membership application process if appropriate.
