Member Engagement & Supply Chain Officer
Alison returns to the SFA having previously worked with the organisation from 2017 to 2023. She brings extensive experience in membership administration, certification and customer support, with a background spanning the UK’s National Occupational Standards and apprenticeship certification across a range of sectors.
As an SFA Member Engagement & Supply Chain Officer, Alison supports our Members and Chain of Custody Participants, handling membership, Chain of Custody and claims enquiries, managing member accounts and overseeing our Salesforce system. She is also responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day administration of the SFA’s membership and supply chain activities. With her previous experience and established knowledge of the organisation, Alison is delighted to be back with the SFA and supporting our Members and wider community.
