Operations & MEL Manager
A current PhD student and lecturer at Mongolia’s University of Life Sciences, Sainaa has an academic and practical background in natural resources and ecological restoration. Drawing from work experience in Iceland, Austria, China and Mongolia, Sainaa brings a strong skill set in stakeholder engagement and communicating science effectively to a broad audience. Previously the SFA Marketing & Communications Manager for the Mongolia team, Sainaa has recently become the Manager for Operations and Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL).
