Zoe is a PhD-trained scientist in rangeland ecosystems and animal welfare, with over a decade of executive-level experience leading research, impact and policy across global sustainability contexts. Zoe has worked extensively across Africa, Central Asia and Asia, shaping evidence systems, certification frameworks and research strategies that support nature-positive, climate-resilient livelihoods and responsible supply chains. Holding senior leadership roles across the NGO and private sectors, Zoe has built partnerships with governments, academia and industry, and translated complex scientific evidence into practical tools, standards and policy influencing international agendas. With expertise spanning animal welfare, land stewardship and sustainable fibre systems, Zoe brings a strong track record of positioning organisations as credible and influential knowledge partners to drive meaningful change.
